1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing HaulinBuddy.com or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are joining our AI Platform Waitlist on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Description of Services

Hauling Services

We provide specialized removal and responsible recycling of mattresses and cardboard.

AI Platform (In Development)

We are building a logistics operating system ("The Uber of Hauling"). Users joining the waitlist are signing up for early access to beta features, which may be subject to change.

3. The "Buddy" Mission & Responsible Disposal

Our mission is to eliminate illegal dumping, particularly on local routes like Lake Chabot Road.

Prohibited Items

We do not haul hazardous waste, chemicals, or biohazards.

Landfill Diversion

We prioritize recycling. By using our service, you authorize HaulinBuddy to transport your materials to certified recycling centers or disposal sites in compliance with California SB 1383.

4. AI Platform Waitlist & Beta Access

No Guarantee: Enrollment on the waitlist does not guarantee a spot in the Beta program or a timeline for release.
Founding Member Status: Early sign-ups may be eligible for "Founding Member" pricing and priority support upon the platform's launch.
Intellectual Property: All software, AI algorithms, and branding related to the HaulinBuddy AI platform remain the exclusive property of HaulinBuddy.

5. Payments, Cancellations, and Quotes

Quotes provided via the website or phone are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is confirmed upon arrival.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup to avoid a service fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

HaulinBuddy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our hauling services or the use of our developing software. While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for damage to driveways or walkways during the hauling process if the customer requests vehicle entry onto the property.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Alameda County.
